Where does YORVOL ship?
At launch, tracked shipping will be available to the 27 European Union member countries.
Are taxes included?
Displayed prices include the applicable destination VAT for supported EU destinations.
How much is shipping?
Tracked standard shipping is included in the displayed product price.
Can I return an order?
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery. Product-specific exclusions and return instructions will appear in the final Returns Policy before launch.
Are the fans rechargeable?
Yes. Both fan models use built-in rechargeable batteries and include USB charging support.
Are cooling patches reusable?
No. Each hydrogel patch is intended for one use. The YORVOL value pack contains 20 individually sealed pouches.
